Job Description

The Regional Pricing and Promotions lead will be responsible for creating, organizing, and communicating promotional strategy and calendar for the region.

This person will work closely with the EMEA region planning, finance, and stores teams as well as the A&F global home office pricing and promotions team to coordinate strategies that achieve omni-channel KPI targets.

What will you be doing?

– Create, organize, and communicate promotional strategy, sales forecasting and calendar for EMEA

– Drive decisions around promotional offerings for both store and digital channels

– Manage nuances between blackline, Middle East, and balance of EMEA markets

– Track competitor promotions in conjunction with regional/district store managers to hindsight and influence greater alignment with the market

– Review promotional cadence with finance, marketing, merchandising to achieve optimal brand position in each market

– Ensure promotional strategies align with budget KPIs such as sales and margin while maintaining brand image as a leading lifestyle retailer in EMEA

– Review and consolidate quantitative and qualitative historical data to inform future season strategy

What will you need to bring?

– Will have a broad understanding of promotional complexities of countries within the Europe/Middle East market. Experience managing blackline promotions a plus.

– Will have experience working as part of a regional team in a global company and be able to demonstrate evidence of having built strong, collaborative relationships with their internal global partners.

– Will be very proficient at handling & analysing data – Excel / Microsoft Office suite skills are essential within the role

– Will be resilient & will thrive in a fast-paced, fluid retail environment

– Will demonstrate a strong customer focused approach

– Will be able to communicate clearly to internal and external stakeholders

– Will excel working both within a team and individually


Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, business specialization preferred

At least 2-5 years of promotions experience within the Europe/Middle East markets

Strong analytical and Excel skills

Experience having worked in a fast paced, multi-channel, retail environment a plus
