Job Description

This is your role:

  • Development of the Germany-wide Go To Market strategy in coordination with the business strategy of Devoteam GmbH and ServiceNow
  • Strategic development and operational control as well as identification and development of new business areas in the SNOW business unit
  • Maintenance and expansion of the partner relationship with ServiceNow, with the aim of increasing sales over the long term, as well as independent further development of the partner status
  • First contact for the internal departments in the ServiceNow area (such as sales, account management, delivery, marketing, etc.)
  • Responsibility for tenders together with the sales and delivery organization
  • Collaboration with the main players in ServiceNow to jointly develop strategic business opportunities and continuously develop the partnership 
  • Introduction of an internal training and certification curriculum for consultants
  • Representation of the Devoteam group at national and international events

Qualifications

What you bring with you:

  • At least 10 years of experience in partner management and / or business development. Strong management and sales experience
  • Knowledge of setting up and developing a business unit within a company structure 
  • Networking, existing contacts and good relationship management with leading technology partners are desirable, preferably ServiceNow
  • Vision to continuously develop the ServiceNow division 
  • A high level of personal responsibility, willingness to work and determination 
  • Sales-oriented and analytical thinking skills as well as a high level of social competence also in intercultural situations
  • Flexibility and monthly trips to customers and partners can be implemented 
  • Very good knowledge of German and English (business fluent).
