Job Description

Your contribution to something big:

► Controlling of State Subsidies:

  • Plan and monitor subsidies received by Bosch
  • Fulfill internal and external reporting requirements and secure compliance
  • Provide quick and efficient stakeholder consultancy in case of scenario analysis, decision making preparation and ad-hoc commercial question

► Cross-functional service (i.e. IT cost, HR budget) planning in the Adria region, including allocation methodology and intercompany relationship management

► Business planning, forecasting, month-end-closing and monthly analysis of financial target achievement, risks, and opportunities (forecast vs. actual analysis, suggestions for measures)

► Business partnering of service areas (i.e. HR, IT): Stakeholder support in negotiations regarding upper limits, organizational transfers and new business opportunities

► Reporting: key user of HFM (Oracle Hyperion Financial Management) and Bosch internal reporting tools.

► Process ownership and governance: continuously innovate owned processes to increase value-add efficiency


What distinguishes you:

► MSc/BSc degree in Finance or Economics

► 5+ years of work experience in Finance/Controlling field or auditing – business partnership experience is an advantage

► Strong Microsoft Excel skills – VBA is an advantage

► MS Office knowledge (focus on Excel and PowerPoint)

► Experience with reporting tools (i.e. HFM)

► Fluency in written & spoken English, German is an advantage

► SAP FI/CO knowledge

► Strong analytical skills, high precision, and proficient communication

► Independent working style, ability to take responsibility and make decisions in his/her field of expertise
