Shape the future: You engineer an innovative ADAS Sensor to enable automated driving.
Take responsibility: You act as a coach and moderator within Embedded SW Development Team (Vehicle Communication) in ADAS Sensor System and you are responsible for organizing agile ceremonies in team, team building, hard & soft skills growth and solving impediments in team.
Think holistically: As a experienced developer you are able to influence team technical decisions and internal processes also if necessary contributing technically in implementation to enable high team performance and continuous improvement.
Experience cooperation: You are a central contact person for your agile team & team stakeholders (e.g. Product Owner/SW Project Manager/Line Manager) and maintain focus of your team on ensuring high performance in value delivery to stakeholders.
Live internationally: You are working in dynamic & highly-motivated team in an international & agile environment.
Be Agile instead of “Do” Agile: You have deep understanding and belief in Agile Values and live them through an example.

Personality: You are highly self-motivated, proactive, flexible, goal- and customer-oriented, reliable team player;you incorporate the agile values in your daily work.
Working method: structured, networked, reflected, responsible-minded, having excellent work organization and communications skills; you are able to learn on yours and team failures to enable continuous improvement.
Experience: You have significant experience in SW Engineering in agile environment; knowledge of automotive/embedded Systems is a big plus.
Know-how: You have knowledge of SW Processes & Quality, Embedded C/C++ Programming, Ethernet protocols, Continuous Integration & Agile Methods.
Languages: You have very good written and verbal communication skills in English, you are able to read between the lines and understand the value of non verbal communication.
Education: You have a Bachelor, M.Sc. or PhD in Computer Science, Informatics, Electrical Engineering, Physicsor a related field, psychology.
