  137. Salam Shamali Khan Sherzad I am a resident of Nangarhar province of Afghanistan. I studied for 16 years. I graduated from the Faculty of Law, Civil Administration and Diplomacy. Don’t count the number of deaths in Nangarhar. I have done a lot of work in Nangarhar. There was corruption in every department. I have fought against it. Even in Nangarhar, the number of targeted killings has increased three times. Go this way and do it and be successful. Don’t do it on your own because don’t follow a path through politics. About four months ago, ten or nine armed men entered my uncle’s house and shot me. The Ministry of Interior (MoI) said that the whole of Nangarhar was aware of the incident. I hope you don’t do anything to save your nation and the lives of Afghans. The same cannot be said of Nawaz Sharif, the Nangarhar MP in the Meshrano Jirga. Most of the senior officials, especially in Nangarhar, can get information about me. They raided our house for three or four days. The Taliban did not allow our brothers to enter the house. We see that the servant is armed. Give me the weapon. In fact, this is not the case. They have followed me and do not let me live. I hope you will not save me from death and I want to live.
